Local and NHS services

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

There is a ramp into the Pevensey Bay Medical Surgery and consulting rooms are available on the ground floor level. Westham Surgery is entirely on ground level with good disabled access. At Stone Cross Surgery, consultation rooms are located on both the ground and first floors; however, a lift is available for easy access.

There is designated parking for disabled patients in our car park at Stone Cross and Westham Surgery.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
We offer Enhanced Access opening hours for pre-booked appointments only.  These clinics are held on Saturday  09:00 – 17:00 (This is on a Rota basis in conjucntion with our PCN partners) and Monday and Thursday evening 18.30pm – 20.00pm.

These clinics are specially set up for our patients that work full time or work away and find it difficult to get down in normal office hours; they are not for general usage.

The Enhanced Hours clinics are held at Stone Cross only and when booking the appointment you will be told where to go for the clinic as our main entrance is not used.
